We deliver results-driven communication training for business, medical, and education professionals who speak American English as a Second Language (ESL).
Established by Jill I. Kaufman, M.S., CCC-SLP, SPEECH FOR SUCCESS offers communication training programs to companies, organizations, and individuals throughout the Washington, DC metro area. Participating in SPEECH FOR SUCCESS programs enables professionals who speak American English as a Second Language (ESL) to speak clearly, accurately, and with influence in the workplace and in their personal life.
Ms. Kaufman is a board-certified speech-language pathologist with 14 years of experience in the public and private sector. Prior to forming SPEECH FOR SUCCESS, Ms. Kaufman worked extensively to help professionals who were recovering from neurological injury to successfully re-enter the workforce. This early experience became the launch pad for her decision to exclusively provide communication training in the workplace for professionals.
Throughout her career, Ms. Kaufman has remained committed to expanding her knowledge as a communication trainer and speech-language pathologist. As a result, she has been able to implement new and innovative practices that greatly impact the effectiveness of the SPEECH FOR SUCCESS programs.
