Training Program Levels

We offer three training program levels to successfully address the varying needs of professionals and their organizations.

The Capable Communicator
The Capable Communicator builds the fundamental skills of spoken Standard American English for professionals with limited or no formal instruction in spoken Standard American English. Clients will benefit from this program if they:

• Are primarily and frequently misunderstood due to mispronunciation of the consonants and vowels in words.

• Always speak in a flat or monotone voice.

• Have limited understanding or awareness of their communication style and performance strategies.

• Consistently lack confidence and presence when speaking, which greatly reduces their professional image.

The Advanced Communicator
The Advanced Communicator begins with the fundamentals of Standard American English and then advances deeply into American business communication styles. Professionals will benefit from this program if they:  

• Are occasionally misunderstood due to their accent and struggle with a limited class of sound substitutions (e.g. W for V, L for R, Sh for Ch).

• Have moderate or little success using intonation (tone of voice) and voice projection to influence others

• Have some understanding and awareness of their communication style and performance strategies.

• Frequently lack confidence and presence when speaking, which negatively impacts their professional image and effectiveness with others.

The Master Communicator
The Master Communicator is designed for those professionals who have had moderate to substantial formal instruction in spoken Standard American English and are looking to expand and perfect their skills.  Clients will benefit from this program if they:

• Are seldomly misunderstood due to their accent.

• Struggle to successfully and easily impact an audience.

• Have a good understanding and awareness of their communication style and performance strategies, but need specific guidance integrating them into a fast-paced business environment.

• Occasionally lack confidence and presence when speaking, which negatively impacts their professional image and effectiveness in high pressure situations.
